Jessica O’Shea
Jessica has the ability to make people feel at ease and comfortable right away, connecting easily with people of all ages. She brings warmth, understanding and insight to the counseling experience.
She offers some of the best modalities and effective counseling approaches for individuals and couples. When working with individuals, Jessica shares tools for reducing stress and anxiety, elevating a depressed mood, processing through feelings and/or building self-esteem and confidence. Jessica is trained in EMDR Therapy and CBT. As a couples counselor, she is trained in Gottman, Prepare/Enrich and uses techniques from EFT. Jessica can help you learn strategies that improve communication, help resolve conflicts and deepen relationships.
Jessica has been studying the field of psychology for 10 years, obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Palm Beach Atlantic University. She is registered with the State of Florida as a Mental Health Counselor Intern.
She has lived in the Jupiter/West Palm Beach area for over 30 years and is a devoted wife and mother of three beautiful children. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, going to the beach and traveling.

To make an appointment at our Jupiter counseling office, you may either call (561) 748-1244 or fill out the form below. Our Office Manager will contact you within 24 hours to help you get scheduled with the Jupiter counselor who will best serve your unique situation and needs.
Once an appointment time and date has been established, you will be sent electronic forms to your email address to be completed prior to your initial session.
Our office is conveniently located in the center of Jupiter at 1132 W. Indiantown Road, on the second floor in suite #202. We are in the 2-story, yellow building with the ‘Sola’ marquee sign.

Please be aware, we do not file insurance. We are happy to provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Our fees range from $125 – $185 per session.
