Amy Reiff
Amy’s 25-plus years of nursing experience provide a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. She compassionately guides clients through the landscape of emotions and experiences, facilitating a deeper understanding of the profound interconnectedness between thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and behaviors.
She helps identify areas of growth, strengthening internal and external relationships, and cultivating life-giving growth.
Amy is Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 trained. Her superpower is her ability to offer deep compassion and curiosity to all parts, helping them to unburden negative beliefs and emotions. In addition to IFS, she is versed in Brain-spotting and Somatic Experiencing. She is registered as a Mental Health Counselor and holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
