Dr. Nancy Smith
Dr. Nancy Smith has been a practicing therapist for 50 years.
She has extensive experience working with couples and families to improve relationships. Her broad clinical experience gives her an in-depth understanding of complex and challenging situations and relationships. She will listen carefully to your concerns and help determine the best path to achieve a better quality of life.
She has also worked extensively with anxiety and mood disorders, including bipolar and depression. She understands the struggle of living with these conditions and how overwhelming they can feel. Nancy helps people better understand the causes, what can be done to feel better and how to move toward an improved life.
Additionally, Dr. Nancy specializes in issues around aging, loneliness, and mood. Many older adults may experience health issues and stress as they move from middle age to their older years. Dr. Smith is a widely-skilled and experienced therapist, allowing her to offer a personalized approach to each person and/or family.
