Mindy is well- trained in the Internal Family Systems model, attending extensive training with the IFS Institute. She has completed the IFS Certification process and is considered an IFS Practitioner.
Mindy will bring her full presence and attention to you and your concerns. She is kind, compassionate and insightful, helping you more deeply explore who you are and heal the vulnerable parts of you. Through increased self-awareness, and understanding, Mindy will guide you to a place of empowerment where you can achieve your goals whether they be behavioral, relational, or vocational.
Mindy has a Master’s in Corporate and Public Communication and has served as a Transformational Coach and Consultant for over two decades.
