Dr. Ann Marie Semich
Ann Marie has been in private practice since 2004 and is the founder of Jupiter Community Counseling.
Most of us experience events and feelings that don’t match up with what we want out of life. I provide healing guidance, tools for growth, and strategies for improved change. My goal is to work with you to resolve those things that hold you back from living your life to the fullest. My approach to counseling is supportive, compassionate and insightful. I specialize in IFS Therapy (Level 3, Certified), EMDR, Mindfulness and CBT.
Areas where I can help include – Healing Trauma & Past Wounds, Overcoming Anxiety and Excessive Worry, Alleviating Depression or Low Motivation, Easing Grief, Loss and Transition, and Improving Relationships.
Dr. Ann Marie holds both a doctorate degree and a master’s degree in psychology and is licensed in the State of Florida as a Marriage & Family Therapist and a Mental Health Counselor. She is also a Qualified Supervisor and offers supervision to Interns seeking licensure. Ann Marie has lived in the Jupiter area since 1995 but is originally from California. In her spare time, Ann Marie enjoys paddle boarding, yoga, boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She resides in Jupiter with her husband of over 25 years.
